Kudadoo is defined by the ethos of freedom reimagined, a place where private getaways come alive effortless adventures and tailored experiences, catering to the most discerning traveller. It was with this is mind that Kudadoo approached Healing Earth – with over three decades of expertise and as recognised leaders in innovative natural spa, wellbeing and lifestyle products – to develop a range of signature products that would both reflect and respect the pristine natural surrounds of the private coral island.
Adept at creating luxury green amenities tailored to the unique needs of five-star destinations across the globe, Healing Earth partnered with Kudadoo to create two bespoke premium ranges – naturally nourishing Ocean Pearl and gently indulgent Soft Coral. After a year of development, the perfect collection of products came to fruition.
Aligned to both Healing Earth and Kudadoo’s philosophy and values, the products break away from traditional room amenities to offer a spa experience in the privacy and comfort of the guests’ own bathroom. “As a company we strive to lead and innovate, as such we are excited to unveil these new-generation amenities. It is an honour to be able to synergise with properties and destinations that appreciate the value of quality products without the artificial ingredients of years gone by,” says Elisabeth Brandt, Founder of Healing Earth.
These world-class natural products are lovingly created by Healing Earth Founder Elisabeth Brandt alongside the Kudadoo team. The collection consists of expertly blended pure aromatherapy formulations perfectly balanced with sustainably sourced antioxidant-rich grape seed oil, unique to the pinotage grape of South Africa.
The strong antioxidant qualities of the vitamin C and E of the pinotage grape seed, skin and leaves offer a natural skin defence against environmental damage. Healing Earth’s pure pinotage oil contains the most potent source of polythenols, an essential protective barrier to UV exposure and other free radical damage.
The Soft Coral collection boasts a pure aromatherapy blend of uplifting neroli, healing basil, refreshing grapefruit, relaxing rose geranium and invigorating blood orange. The therapeutic formulation serves to elevate mood, invigorate the senses and aid relaxation. The perfect complement to this offering, the Ocean Pearl range harnesses the therapeutic effects of ground basil, warm wood and clary sage, fragrant bergamot and jasmine as well as nourishing oak moss and pearl to leave guests feeling calm, relaxed and refreshed.
These are perfectly captured in a deeply moisturising body and bath oil, luxurious bath foam and salts, gently exfoliating body scrub, invogorating facial refresher, gentle yet effective insect repellant, refreshing herbal mouth wash, uplifting room mist, protecting hygiene spray, nourishing shampoo and conditioner, fragrant hand & body wash and lotion, cooling after sun gel, protective sunscreen and handy lip balm.
As with all Healing Earth creations, the products contain bio-identical active ingredients, organic essential oils and Fairtrade botanicals meticulously chosen for their unique healing properties. Not only are the product’s ingredients natural and biodegradable – the bottles are also made from recycled glass.
What’s more – guests will be happy to know that they are supporting compromised women and children in South Africa just by enjoying these luxurious products. The Healing Earth Foundation runs an active outreach programme that offers weekly yoga and personal development workshops at centres for abused women and their children in Cape Town. A portion of the proceeds of every product sold goes towards supporting this initiative.
