Healing Earth has started with their highly anticipated training programme this year run by their highly professional and experienced Head of Wellness Operations, Alida Brynard. Aligned with our values of empowerment and active investment into human capital and education, we continue to make education at the heart of our brand. Our growing team of trained individuals has shown incredible results in not only product knowledge, but extensive guest experience treatment protocols extended to holistic wellness as well as the personal develop and empowerment of the therapists.
At healing Earth we develop bespoke SOPs, protocols, and unique treatment menus which is no different with Serena. Alida started her training journey in at Kigali Serena Hotel, an elegant hotel perfectly situated on a charming boulevard in central Kigali, Rwanda. Here she shared her intensive knowledge and experience with 14 incredibly eager and energetic therapists to develop and hone skills such as creating memorable guest connections, five-star treatment setup and standard protocols, energy healing and advanced massage techniques. The Kigali training concluded with a ceremony where the proud, dedicated, and motivated therapists received certificates and celebrated their accomplishments.
Our training journey led us to Enashipai Resort and Spa, located within the splendour of the Great Rift Valley and by the shores of Lake Naivasha. Alida had the pleasure of training the therapists of Enashipai’s Siyara Spa, which saw a complete transformation in how the therapists are inspired, motivated, and empowered to become part of a united family that spreads the message of love, care and passion for what we do. Our inspiring spa training program focused on personal development, respect for other cultures and love for Mother Earth with each course being a blend of product and spa therapy theory, spa therapy practical demonstrations and hands-on practical workshops. Siyara Spa boasts a holistic selection of spa experiences in sensational surroundings promises complete wellbeing and serenity. We are incredibly grateful and proud to be aligned with Enashipai, who have been very loyal and dedicated Healing Earth clients for many years. We saw a complete transformation ad we left with happy therapists who were inspired, motivated and have expressed their care and passion in a positive way.
We are also announcing our alignment with JW Marriot. We have developed a unique bespoke treatment protocols, SOPS, and training manuals for their new property in Masai Mara as well as the Crowne Plaza in Nairobi. Alida continued our training journey with the wonderful teams of Masai Mara Lodge and Crowne Plaza Nairobi. The new Masai Mara Lodge is the groups very first luxury safari lodge located within the Masai Mara National Reserve in southwestern Kenya. The Spa by JW Marriott Masai Mara Lodge offers tailored experiences and signature treatments that blend locally inspired techniques, therapies and ingredients curated by Healing Earth. The training not only included the profession spa staff, but everyone from reception to marketing executives who are in daily communication with the guest to offer a streamlined wellness experience.
