Not only did we develop transformative spa menus for the group, we also recently conducted a new type of training, which saw a complete transformation in how the therapists are inspired, motivated and empowered to become part of a united family that spreads the message of love, care and passion for what we do.
The training not only included Healing Earth product knowledge and techniques, but also personal development of therapists that sees them rising to share the Healing Earth vision and ethos in all that they do. Taking place at the exquisite Lake Manyara Serena Safari Lodge, the training saw us honouring all therapists from the various properties in a beautiful certificate ceremony overlooking Lake Manyara.
We are particularly grateful to the inimitable Lucy Kubita and Catherine Macharia, whose excellent leadership skills have helped us elevate this partnership to such great heights.
